This is one of Mama Marucci’s favorite pasta dishes.

It’s completely different from anything you’ve ever had before. Peeled Ceci beans and Orecchiette combine with extra virgin olive oil, mint, a pinch of red pepper flakes and some parsley to bring you flavors and textures that will expand your palate.

It’s of Sicilian origin and brings together Italian sensibilities along with middle eastern influences in a most wonderful way.

Of all of the pasta dishes on our menu, I can almost guarantee if you give our Ceci with Orecchiette a shot, the standard by which you judge what is good and what is not will change.

I pity any other restaurant that tries to serve you pasta after you’ve eaten this dish. You’ll never look at Italian food the same way again.
