Classic Pizza Filetto

Mama Marucci's Pizza Filetto

Another Neapolitan classic is the Filetto.

Fresh mozzarella is combined with sweet cherry tomatoes, a little garlic, basil, Sicilian sea salt and a dash of the highest quality extra-virgin olive oil.

The pizza is then baked until the crust is crispy, the cheese is melted and the tomatoes have concentrated there robust sweet flavor.

It does not get more traditional Italian than this.
