This is our signature house pizza.
Sweet San Marzano tomatoes grown on the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius are spread on the yeast fermented dough.
It’s then covered with mozzarella. succulent cherry tomatoes and a few slivers of mild garlic and a drizzle of Sicilian extra virgin olive oil and finally topped off with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
When the pizza is perfectly cooked it’s removed from the oven and sprinkled with Sicilian sea salt and garnished with fresh basil.
It’s so good you’ll cry Mama Marucci.
