Nothing could be as delicious as genuine creamy gelato and fresh sorbet. Italians enjoy these frozen treats year-round and typically as a snack in the middle of the day or later in the evening after dinner.
We are able to make an assorted variety of both gelato and sorbet. We tend to lean toward vanilla, chocolate and espresso for the gelato and berry and citrus fruits for the sorbet.
Along with our frozen desserts we love to include something crunchy like our own handmade Pizzelle cookies.
Add a bowl of fresh in-season fruit and you have perhaps one of the most sophisticated desserts just by virtue of its sheer simplicity and elegance.
