This is Mama Marucci ’s salute to pizzeria Bianco.
Considered one of the best pizzerias in America, this is our version of owner Chris Bianco’s favorite pizza.
Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese is spread with a heavy hand on freshly risen dough.
Then a generous handful of fresh rosemary and sliced Spanish onions are added.
California pistachios are sprinkled on top and the pizza is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and baked till perfect.
The result is off the beaten path. You’ll never understand how good it is until you give it a try.
